Registration will be on a first come first serve basis. It is agreed as follows: The Vendor hereby acknowledges that the Vendor has entered into an agreement with the Krewe of Amalee, Inc. to take part in, supply goods to, or sell goods at the event known as Mardi Gras on Main Street in DeLand, Florida on Saturday, January 27, 2018 during the hours of 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. No electricity or running water is supplied without the exclusive permission and at the discretion of the organizers. Related vehicles or trailers are not allowed on the site after 8:30 A.M. The street will reopen after 3:00 P.M. All applications are subject to approval by Krewe of Amalee Inc.

The day of the event vendors should plan to arrive between 7:00 A.M. – 8:00 A.M. to set up. Please note that Indiana Ave. will close at 8:30 A.M. Any drop offs should be made before 8:30 A.M. An informational booth will be set up on the corner of Woodland Blvd. and Indiana Ave. The parade begins at 11:00 A.M. and spectators from Woodland Boulevard will filter down Indiana Avenue. This block party will feature music, food, carnival games as well as a canine dog show and children’s activities. This will be the busiest time for vendors to sell, advertise, and display their products and services all while supporting the community. Please consider decorating your tent in Mardi Gras colors (purple, green & gold) or themed “Hollywood Hounds.” This will assist you in drawing a larger crowd to your tent. Taping a logo or name on the front of your tent will help the community recognize who you are.

**The week of the event:
All vendors will receive an email confirming participation and final details. Vendors will check in the morning of the event for exact locations.
